Reservation Policy

In case there's room availability on the required dates, for instant confirmation, it is required to confirm the reservation paying 100% of the amount via electronic transfer, payment by debit or credit card (the data of a valid card with the client's name and that does not expire before the date of the Check-in), deposit or payment in cash.
 

Cancellation or Change Policy

Customers can cancel their reservations by email with up to 7 days in advance of the date of admission at no cost in regard the room net cost. For any cancellation made between 6 to 3 days prior to the date and time of entry to the hotel, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. Any cancellation made less than 3 days prior to the date and time of entry to the hotel, will not be entitled to partial refund, or total of the amount paid. Changes in dates may be made under the availability of the new required date and with adjustment to cost as appropriate. For any of the three scenarios, consider as the confirmation date when booking department has acknowledged the cancelation or change request. the booking department is considered notified as well by whatsapp or telephone while always previuosly notified by email. The room gross cost is the net cost plus bank and admin fees plus taxes.
